Chinese Food Sesame Chicken Recipe

Ingredients:

-2 eggs, lightly beaten
-1/4 cup vegetable oil
-1/4 cup chicken broth

-2 tbsp rice vinegar
-2 tbsp honey
-1 tsp sesame oil
-2 cloves garlic, minced
-1/4 cup green onions, thinly sliced
-1/4 cup sesame seeds, toasted

Instructions:

In a large bowl, mix together the cornstarch, flour, salt, and white pepper.
Dip the chicken pieces into the beaten eggs, then coat them in the cornstarch mixture.
In a large skillet or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
Add the chicken pieces and cook for about 3-4 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set it aside.
In a small bowl, whisk together the chicken broth, oyster sauce, rice vinegar, honey, and sesame oil.
In the same skillet or wok, add the garlic and green onions and cook for 1-2 minutes, or until fragrant.
Stir in the chicken broth mixture and bring it to a boil.
Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 1-2 minutes, or until the sauce has thickened.
Return the chicken pieces to the skillet and toss to coat them in the sauce.
