Cheesecake Air Fryer Recipe

So here it comes!! The best cheesecake air fryer recipe ever!

Ingredients:

1 graham cracker crust

16 oz cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup sugar

2 eggs

1 tsp vanilla extract

1/4 cup heavy cream

One cup unsalted butter softened and warmed - do not boil this in boiling water or microwave

One large egg beaten and one large sugar cube

One/one Tablespoon heavy cream

Fruit juice of your choice: blueberries, cranberries, etc

This will go into any crust you choose - graham crackers, chocolate chip cookies, tortilla chips, buttered croissants.

Instructions:

Preheat your air fryer to 330°F.
In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, and heavy cream until smooth.
Pour the mixture into the graham cracker crust and smooth out the top.

Place the cheesecake in the air fryer basket and cook for 15-18 minutes or until the center is almost set.
Heat ½ Tbsp olive oil in 2 large shallow frying pans over medium heat until warm. If using other recipes, add oil to skillet first and pour over pan; this makes cooking the bottom layer for easier access to oil. Heat pan to 325 degrees Fahrenheit

Pour ¼ cup of cream- butter mixture aside. Mix to combine, scraping sides to avoid clumps. Add another ¼ cup to the top of the pan. Cook 3 minutes on each side until well browned. Remove from pan and add fruit juices. Let stand for 30 seconds then remove. Place the remaining fruit and cheese mixture back in the prepared pan. Stir until creamy and set aside. Spread crust(s) evenly with cooled cheese filling in pan. Carefully transfer contents to each pan. Bake an additional 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown. Cool on wire rack before cutting into squares or bars. Serve immediately. Allow 5 minutes for eggs to harden before serving
Chill the cheesecake in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving. Enjoy!

For garnishing: 

Top with fresh strawberries, raspberries, lemon wedges, blackberries, and/or honey
What you need (if making homemade version)
If you need to hand shred at least 1 block of greek yogurt

Method

Preheat oven to 375°f. Combine ¾ cup of powdered sugar, heavy cream, salt, vanilla extract, and/or ground cinnamon in bowl. Whisk together on low speed for about 1 minute then add liquid ingredients. In small bowl mix together milk and sour cream, yogurt, and cornstarch. Pour yogurt mixture over egg mixture, whisking constantly to make a creamy consistency. Transfer to prepared greased baking sheet and bake approx. 6-9 minutes.
